Dear all,

Me & my sister need a flat. Both of us have decent jobs and are non-smoker.
Requirements:
(1) Clean, good condition
(2) 2 Bedrooms

Please let me know if you have any.
I'm ready to come check it out after work or on weekends.

With regards,
Lana

I have been searching for a flat to move to lately. There are plenty of supplies and the landlords are cutting the rents quite heavily. I would still advise anyone looking for a flat to visit one of our real estate agent, however unprofessional they are. There are just too many good deals!

there's an offer in the "buy and sell" topic. rather expensive, but that depends if you want to pay for the "seaview". u might want to check that out.
