Dear Lamma-zine reader,

Seven years of Lamma.com.hk, anniversary on July 23, so hard to believe! What started as only a little forum for the residents has miraculously grown into this website with 4.5+ million hits/month, #1 in Google & Yahoo for all things Lamma-related. If you've ever helped, supported or contributed in any way to the fine success of this Lamma community effort, let me thank you here personally and from the bottom of my heart.

I've published just above 2,000 Lamma-zine stories from so many writers, artists and photographers in the last 7 years and I've just posted my own 5,000th message in the forums the other day. My little hobby, my labour of love has truly grown up now and gotten almost too big to handle for what is basically still a (grossly underpaid) full-time one-man band...

Yeah, being grossly under-paid and grossly under-appreciated already, I'm now trying to become grossly under-weight as well.
I seem to be a real under-achiever....

Sorry, still aching from my latest T.R.X. Pilates session this morning.
Doing exercise every single day nowadays to lose my last few pounds never seems to give my sore muscles time to recover fully....

Hahaha, that's the first time I've been called a lighthouse!
You mean my head is big, shiny & round and it rotates 360 degrees on my shoulders?
And we already have a Lamma Lighthouse, well, kind of, a small outlook tower at the far end of Cable Road #1 in Pak Kok Shan.

My favourite feedback to the anniversary came from Dawn of the Dragon Ladies:

"Absolutely fair to say that without your dedication Lamma-zine would never have made 7 years. It's a fantastic site, you are vastly under-appreciated for what you do and deserve many many big thank-yous from all us Lammaites.
