oops ah-gung, no pics but boxes with cross again!

anyway, i don't usually recommend off-time. all their pasta taste almost the same. potato skin takes ages to come to your table. shrimps in the salad is near tasteless. expresso is even less aromatic than normal coffee elsewhere. afternoon-tea could be okay if you avoid coffee.

e !!!!!
You spend WAY too much time on My Lamma!

You might be the only one noticing that I haven't finished this new topic yet, not uploading the pics yet!
I was working on it, but then I had to rush out for a business lunch with BBChris and Mr. DickStock. He might become a moderator and I'll design a (free prize) lingerie website for BBChris. Hooray!

By the way, now I've found out BBChris's deepest, darkest secret, MUCH WORSE and MORE HORRENDOUS than anything sexual!!!
But she has sworn me to secrecy and I'm not allowed to tell anybody in the whole wide world! My mouth is zipped!

But if I can't TELL, maybe I'm allowed to WRITE the secret?

OK, the bidding starts now, how much am I offered for BBChris's deepest, darkest secret?

I'll start accepting bids after putting up the photo, namecard and review for the Offtime Cafe...

Actually, I quite like this place, even though it's very slow and empty most of the time.

They serve some very tasty, colorful, prettily arranged salads, 10 types of coffee at around $12, some interesting drinks, plus a really tasty and BIG pork chop/tomato rice. Lamma-Poh's favourite, enough to share!

The have a HUGE all-day English/American-style breakfast with at least 10 different breakfast items, for only $45.
I plan to test this some day, probably more than enough food till dinner!

Their former all-day opening hours have become very irregular and there are rumours that it might close soon. It would be a loss...

Their menu is designed in PowerPoint, pretty extensive at something like 10 pages, quite cheerful, but they put it into (webdog will love this!) THE DOG-themed menu folders! It looks so odd and out of place that I had to take a picture of it!

Has Offtime Cafe finally closed down permanently?

It has been closed for several days now, but no notice on the iron grill.
Another victim of the weak economy?

Anybody know more details?

I haven't got a chance to see their doggy menu yet! Poor me. They might be the first restaurant to be taken off our bar and restaurant rating page. How sad!

Actually, the second restaurant to be deleted from our guide.

While you were away in snowy, icy Europe for so long, Holiday Mood also closed down, looking for a new tenant (see last e-zine).

While you were away, the local restaurants missed you as one of their very best, most generous guests and most frequent patrons, forcing two of them to close because of this!
Please never leave for so long again, webdog!

Webdog - Being a dog as you are I would stay away from the Spicey as you may end up on the Menu. Or worse still become part of the XXXX harem.

I know what the Chinese take-aways in England would do with me. Sweet and sour dag (in order to be inconspicous), or Chop Suey with dag! How about some dag and chips wrapped in newspaper?

Closed and sold to a new owner already, for the incredibly low sum of $60,000, it is rumoured.
An anonymous, but reliable inside source said that the reason for the low price was that the owner was in a great hurry to get the cash before CNY...

No announcement yet, when and in what cuisine style it will be reopened.
