Who'd turn in somebody for "obeying a call of nature"?

Was the guilty party one of the beloved Lamma dogs that their "love me, love my mental pet" style owners let out for an unsupervised morning constitutional?

As it says on the summons the "crime" was reported by special police constable 9026. Just doing his job!

Nuisances committed in public places, etc.
Any person who without lawful authority or excuse-
...
(3) obeys any call of nature in any public, exposed, or other improper place;
...
(33) shall be liable to a fine of $500 or to imprisonment for 3 months.

Actually, I think I see almost all the 20 offences listed here violated every day.
Eg, "(15) plays any musical instrument in any public street or road "... "(11) keeps any dog accustomed to annoy neighbours"..."(23) plays at any game or pastime to the annoyance of the inhabitants or passers-by;", etc.

I'd remove the ID card number from it as the scan! hahahahaha SUrely someone with a friend in the Police Force has found out who the 'suspect' is Very Happy

Oops, I've removed all other personal info from the photo of the flyer, but seem to have missed the id card #.

It's not very easy to get a name for an id card #. Possible, but not easy.

But the flyer at Diesel's blackboard on Main Street had all the personal info on it, even the name, so this guy is NOT publicity-shy at all.

I've only removed the personal info because these forums and my blog have a much wider reach than a local flyer, well beyond Lamma Main Street, I hope...

The court case should be coming up soon, I wonder how it'll turn out. I'd guess a $500 fine like similar cases. I wonder if it'll make the newspapers' cover headlines every day like the Kissel case... But maybe it might make the cover of my blog?
