The desert shop opposite of Thai Thai food. Seems they can't really make a profit of it.

Yes, that's the poster....

Around $70K and it's yours, including the license.
So many problems in there from the start and they never really fixed any of them, I think, not surprising that they're selling...

As there's still no real dessert shop in YSW, somebody doing it right could definitey make a profit at it, but would have to do it professionally, attracting the weekend tourists AND the residents.
