| Come to think of it, a Yung Shue Wan trailer park would be a very good idea |

Um, before you get too enthusiastic about that idea, watch a few episodes of "Trailer Park Boys" (on the assumption you have HBO). It's a riot if you don't mind the frequently bleepable language |

Tai Yuen Village's "Democracy Box".
With all these potential $1,500 fines they could potentially pay for a permanent, official noticeboard: But, fortunately, nobody has ever been caught and fined for putting up a poster on Lamma...
Any more "Typically Lamma!" photos? _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |

A photo like that would be very suitable here, as it would be really "Typically Lamma!"
This topic is not about pretty photos, but about capturing what's typical, unusual, weird, funny about this place. _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |

| About your "democracy box" there is obviously a need for these on Lamma, yet people waste so much energy tearing down posters because they are "illegal". Why not have official "democracy walls" or just places to post adverts around the village. What ya reckon Lammadonna? |

Thanks to Bob Davis for this very "Typically Lamma!" shot from today, entitled "Hard Working at the Ferry Pier", featuring 2 "Laudable Lamma Luminaries", well on their way to become "Living Lamma Legends" someday soon. Arguably, Nick is a Legend already...
Let's bring the couches on the ferry back, like in the ancient HYF days! _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |

Yes, Lamma's ubiquitous satellite TV antennaes can do double duty as laundry hangers.
Somebody can surely come up with some good caption(s) for this picture? _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |

Long time no additions to this "Typically Lamma!" photo gallery!
Here's a new photo from 2nd-hand Gary, very surreal and surprising.
It shows a Wang Long pig sty and he titled it "Amy Swinehouse Found on Lamma".
He writes, "You could say 'Sty for sale complete with ex-tenant'.
Also this looks like it could be worth millions in the Damien Hirst-style art world!" _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |

A canopy-less Village House (with not a single window on the North side) dreaming of having a canopy... A canopy-less Village House is like a guy without hair...
Wouldn't this make a great screen for outdoor movie shows?! _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |

'Tis the season for Typically Lamma festive photos.
Shot today on Back Street, just before the path up to the school and Kindergarten.
Anybody got a good caption? _________________ Click here for new Lamma-zine stories and recent Photos of the Day and Artworks of the Day |
