RTHK Radio 3's Steve James did a really funny quiz yesterday on air, asking listeners to call in or email replies to this question:

80% of people on Lamma will not _______ on a first date.

I asked Steve to collate the replies and email them to me and he really did!
Here are the answers he got after "reaction was quick and fast on the phones and email!! "

• Launch a military coup against the Tung government.
  
• Bring their false teeth.
  
• Suck a tennis ball through a hosepipe.
  
• Go Hong Kong or Kowloon side!
  
• Miss the last ferry.

• 80% of Lamma folk won't let the other person pay for dinner on the first date. This causes problems when they are both Lammarites: you do the maths!

I'm just wondering... why would ANYONE on or off Lamma want to take off their decade-old tie-dye T-shirt on a date? I love my decade-old tie-dye T-shirts!

By the way, the inspiring question came from Harry Harrison who was asked by his mate Steve for a "bunch of survey Q & A's".
