I have seen the Drongos but couldn't get a decent shot. Well done with flight shot ! !

I wonder about the black kite - the tail is not forked and the wings are quite broad. Could it be a buzzard? (unless a young one whose tail feathers have not yet grown)

Pretty sure it is a kite.
General appearance, notwithstanding the shape of the tail, but was low in the harbour where the kites always hang out & do their fishing thing.
