Sounds a lot more plausible than the yacht marina proposed for Mo Tat.

Good one, I nearly read to the end before I realized it was a hoax. Only after the paragraph about spraying sewage in the air I though something was wrong.

Anton, that's great! That was exactly our intention!

We took great care to make it all sound very plausible till close to the end when it gets slowly more and more silly....
As Alan commented, the ambitious plans for The Baroque on Lamma might have inspired Mike the Bike's story....
