This might be the first time I've seen a Ding right (Village House planning permission) so publicy advertised for sale as this might technically be illegal, but very wide-spread in the new Territories and Outlying Islands.
This is right besides The Bay restaurant in Mo Tat Wan. I might have to have another little bike ride around South Lamma for a closer look.
