Update from the Lamma Police:

Nobody has been arrested so far, just another untrue rumour going round.

So far there have been a total of 5 cases reported to the Lamma Police, with 9 dead dogs so far, from mid-Sep, the first case, up to today.

Somebody submitted some chicken meat to the police recently and it was analysed, but no poison was found.

A pig's leg was also submitted recently, but the analysis isn't complete yet.

The police's examination of the stomach contents and blood of the dog who died in the Wanchai Vet Clinic did not find poison.
The Clinic's own tissue samples, sent overseas for analysis, aren't completed yet. I'm following up with them directly.

Additional info I'll be posting into this forum as soon as I receive it, but only after confirming it. Too many false rumours floating around....
