Good news, bad news & really bad news...
The good news... I have a 1st winter male Eyebrowed Thrush visitor to the garden.
The bad news...... is a lousy shot & now I can't leave the garden till I get a decent shot.
The really bad news.... last time I saw him was about 2 weeks ago

More nice shots. The bush warbler is very hard to see, so well done on that, and the chestnut-flanked white-eye is the first record for Lamma as far as I know

Yes.... some very nice photos.... you should encourage more ppl to post their photos in here.... the Blue Rock Thrush is especially nice.... have seen him with a her down there, but never got around to photograph them .... should do it before it is too late...
In the meantime... an immature Greater Coucal....

No..... too cold & wet for me...
A female Fork-tailed Sunbird from yesterday..... light was bad yesterday & she is too fast for my slow shutter speeds to get a decent shot.

Nice ones. The sunbirds seem to jig about continuously so very hard to get a good shot. ANd the stubtail is so secretive it's hgardly ever even seen, never mind photographed - more pioneering work.
