Just notice this poster in the YSW ferry departure area: It's a kind of "official" Trick or Treating, with prices for most creative, most adorable and most scary costumes. As a quasi-official event by the Outlying Islands Women's Organisation, headed by Yu Lai Fan (I think). These are the local power women behind that huge banquet and karaoke in Sampan Rest. every Women's Day. This event is in Cantonese only and there's a pre-registration that ended yesterday, Sat, Oct 29. No prices mentioned. Starting Halloween, Mon Oct 31, 6:30pm in the YSW Football Pitch, then the kids can roam freely to trick or treat. (Translation courtesy of Lamma-Por)
