Hi Can anybody tell me if the kids have trick or treating on Lamma tonight? And what are the usual times and places? |

Well, everywhere. Check with the Hans Andersen Centre, Tai Wan New Village, 2982 2173 They used to organise groups of kids for trick or treat. |

All over YSW all early evening, would be the most appropriate answer! Halloween has become really major on Lamma in the last 5-10 years. Watch anywhere along Main and Back Street as they trick or treat almost every restaurant and shop... multiple times, plus many homes all over North Lamma. Great photo opportunities, face-painting for kids/adults outside Lung Kong and Halloween DJ Night just besides it in the Lamma Grill, plus numerous Halloween home parties and decorated restaurants... I'll be out and about tonight early evening, plus tomorrow as one of the official Fun Day photographers and media sponsors. Pose (or hide) if you want your mugshot appear on this site! |

What did Lammaites get up to off Lamma yesterday? Dr. Justin the Bear and Ciaran the Clown at the AIA European Carnival... They were dressed quite differently at our Bear Camp workout on Cable Road a few days ago...

the "pigs" were having a good feast by the bins in PWY, and having "wobbled" up the hill after 1 too many it was a little bit of a surprise !!! lovely atmosphere in the village ... well done Lamma ! |

Quite event (2nd year?) organised by District Council in the YSW Football Pitch: Tue, Oct 31, 7:45-9pm. No raucous Tricks and outrageous behaviour welcome, but nice Treats and prizes will be handed out, kind of a red-carpet, walkway event for Lamma children. A good opportunity for cute photos as the children will not swarm and run all over the place like in the Greater YSW Area that night, Halloween becoming an increasingly popular event every year on Lamma and in HK in general!
