Not the rock band, this is the real thing.
Caught this outside my place.... now i have a new pet!
Come and take a look if you like.
An Asian forest scorpion is not too poisonous to humans.
Centipedes are worse.

I've never heard of these on Lamma before. Are you trying to scare people away and keep the property prices down? This is fake.

Let's play it up: it completes the list of the 5 most poisonous creatures in Chinese folklore: Snake, Scorpion, Centipede, Toad and Gecko. They are all here, not to mention the giant spider and giant bee.

There were a few dragons down at Powerstation beach today too. Haven't seen any unicorns recently, but I think I did see a Hippogriff flying over the roof the other day.

Who are you, Nousername, and why are you posting fake reports?

That's the one Alan
Sorry, I used a file photo because my camera phone photo was too large to post on this site.
The same type of scorpion as in the photo.
If you know me, come and take a look, it's in my porch in a new home i made for it.

Bring a worm, mouse or cricket.
Thanks

Okay, I will.

FYI: you can resize and resample images using many apps, even MSPaint. I recommend IrfanView
Resize to say 400-800 pixels wide and save as a JPEG less than 200 kB to upload to the forum.

I need YOUR photo! Email it to me, any size to LammaGung@gmail.com. That would definitely be home-page-worthy to keep the property prices down!
Maybe an escaped pet as I've never heard of these on Lamma before. Maybe Anonymous Guy has?

Having been on your porch myself recently I haven't noticed any scorpions, but expect a crowd of Lamma Wildlife photographers to congregate on your porch very soon with big lenses!

Yes, I've spotted those on Sunday, too. Not just on Power Station beach, but in the Kung Fu School in Ko Long in the afternoon and in Man Fung Rest. in the evening, it looked like an invasion of these creatures - dragons, lions, unicorns - coming in from all over HK.

Photo gallery in preparation, but there was this weird, funny creature below, which seems to be very attracted to presents, in addition to the usual cabbage most Chinese unicorns and lions like. I didn't even know its name, even though I used to collect Chinese mythical animal sculptures.

Anybody can identify it?
