After a few months of renovation, the former Lily Garden Cafe in Tai Yuen (on the tourist trail to the beach) has reopened as "POW" (comics-inspired name) just a little over 1 week ago. Same great outdoors location, quiet on weekdays, ideal for people watching.

No menu yet, but quite a selection of smoothies, yogurts and a "Cheap Dog" for $9 (long sausage wrapped in a tortilla).

Friendly Anita is running the place and they're open 5 days a week, 11am - 7pm, closed Tue and Wed. Too early yet for photos, reviews and ratings, but she's planning an official opening soon.
