This new place is a franchise of Shelly's close to Granny Chan on the way to Hung Shing Yeh beach which wil stay open on weekends as before.
This 2nd Shelly's on Lamma took over Honey Bee's premises and license a few months back. I've written before why I was never impressed by Honey Bee, so I'm glad to report that I like a lot what Shelly's done with the place.

Always on the lookout for tasty local dessert options - a surprisingly difficult challenge - this newly re-decorated, clean, cozy & friendly place is offering cheesecakes only, all home-made by Shelly herself. She also delivers, even to HK Island.

Testing the mango cheesecake and capuccino recently - see above - I have to say that this is the very best cheesecake I've enjoyed anywhere on Lamma so far. There are quite a few cheesecake competitiors locally, but none of them makes them in-house, I believe. It's not cheap, but definitely worth it: moist, smooth, intense fruit flavours, not too sweet, simply delicious.

Shelly's got quite a few plans to extend her current cheesecake-only menu, maybe even offering Chinese & Western-style desserts and snacks soon. I'll be watching it closely and will return there soon!
