By popular demand (well, Ed Banger's demand), let's start the first of several best food polls:

Bistro
Bookworm Café (new since Lunar New Year)
Deli Lamma
Pizza Milano
Water Front (see pizza below)

More polls to follow soon, for example best breakfast, Indian, vegetarian, coffee, desserts. Any more suggestions would be most welcome.

They sell small frozen pizzas in the supermarket opposite the Deli so can we have the supermarket added to the poll.

Nobody has yet mentioned that guy "Pizza Linda" who sold slices out of a mingin cooler in front of what is now Spicey Island. Im voting for him, because even though the pizza was an abomination, and he pretended to be a woman, it was still nice to have someone yelling "PIZZZZZAAA? Fuck off, then." as you passed through the village.

The poll question is "Which restaurant serves the best pizza?"

Which shouldn't include frozen pizza prepared and imported from outside Lamma; or somebody selling pizza decades ago. The idea is where to get the best hot pizza served in YSW nowadays.

Next poll could be Best Coffee, but as nobody seems to be interested in voting anymore (1 vote so far, besides mine), we might better forget about the poll and just post opinions?

I always assumed Pizza Linda was a woman? But I wasn't around back then, during the ancient, mythical days of Lamma, pre-Handover...
