I need a place for a family of 3 to stay for 2 days. From the vast experience and astute wisdom of your Lamma veterans out there, which hotel do you think is the best? ( I know this is about bars and eateries, but isn't this close?)

Concerto is awful. The room that my partner and I stayed in, which was the best room in the hotel, had sand on the floor from the previous guests, the cabinet door hinges broken, and we even found pubes on the blanket and what I hope to be a streak of ketchup, although I could be mistaken. I sure hope not.

We rented the room because we wanted a romantic getaway and wound up walking home frustrated. The next day we went back to the hotel to complain but the management did nothing.

Avoid at all costs!

Also, we have just finish renovating our rooms, including the rooms you have previously stayed! You are most welcomed to come and share with us your experience in the new rooms.
