Tentative program for the day.

9:30-10:00 Lamma Enduro start (end at 15:00)
10:00-11:30 Family scavenger hunt
11:45 211 Lamma OSC Half Marathon start (end at 17:00)
12:00-14:30 Lamma OSC 10km trail run (start YSW plaza)
15:00-17:00 18th Island Bar OSC Treasure Hunt
17:00-17:30 VIP (red suit man) visit
17:30-18:00 Award and presentations.

Some, but not all, Operation Santa Claus happenings on Lamma on Sunday, Dec 4, '16, are listed on the SCMP's OSC website already: http://osc.scmp.com/events/community

By the way, Hans Andersen Club in Tai Wan Village (and other places outside Lamma) will be one of the 20+ beneficiaries of this year's Operation Santa Claus: http://osc.scmp.com/article/bene_list/elderly

The project they applied for is a bit similar to the Storytelling events below, but for elderlies:

I'll probably be running/biking around North Lamma much of Sunday trying to capture photos of the several events for Operation Santa Claus...
