我想在榕樹灣揾屋, 兩房一廳, 唔須要太大... 400呎左右,唔知大慨幾錢?最好有傢俬, 唔知有無人可以幫到我??

400呎 2房1廳?? 我諗d房都會好細下喎...

村屋多數係350呎或者700呎...兩間房既大多係700呎既

你要買定係租呀？我諗租就要$3k-$5k到啦，視乎你要邊層啦。呢度有幾間地產代理可以幫到你手既。 :o

系呀，您最好自己黎睇多幾次，睇下您鍾意條個位置、邊條村。有時業主會自己貼街招，咁可以唔使俾佣金。但要小心，有某個業主出名麻煩，但就經常貼街招，最要表傍自己o既屋好風水！

真係唔該哂... 我今日會入黎睇一睇, 其實因為都幾急.. 原因係我有一隻大狗, 所以一定要盡快搬, 但現在只須要搵一房一廳已經得... 唔知有無人可以幫我? 揾邊間地產好?? 同埋一個女仔住會唔會危險? 真的唔該... :D

我今日足足行左成日, 睇左10幾間屋, 但有d真係太遠... 星期日會再去多次, 因為有個地產話有度近d碼頭同價錢平d..今日睇個d大部份都過$3000... 我心目中係$2500左右... 我明天會試下打你比我個電話, 睇下有無.. 真係好擔心, 因為我要12號搬ar.... :cry: anyway...好多戲你幫忙.. 若果搵到一定要請你食飯,,,thz alot.....

e，你係唔係話每隔個月就貼一次廣告嗰間向南風水樓﹖成日都要揾新租戶，好風水極有限啦！:lol:

其實揾到一個好業主的話，對租客十分好o架！以小弟嘅業主為例，就住喺樓上，有咩事都立刻有「照應」先啦。再者，業主叔叔喺花園種咗幾棵蕉樹同木瓜樹，所以好多時都會連帶到我都有土產蕉同木瓜食，諗起就肚餓潻... :wink:
