A suite is that a 3 piece suite or just a posh name for a room? At 1300/month must be a bit of hovel even on Lamma it won't get much. How many Lammerites do you think want to move to move to a complete hovel in Soho. |

Well, I for one am interested. But, does it have a phone jack? Could you give a bit more of a description? Better for an office or a residence? What is the name of the building etc... Suite : does tthat mean studio or room? Who else lives there? Hope you can help with these questions, but interested eitherway. |

Aken: mate - there is a BIG difference between 1300 a month and 13000 a month. Which do you mean? I wish I'd got it under the original offer. |

HK$1300 for the 600 sq.ft Suite as quoted above. Aken: done deal, I agree. Its mine! where do I send the deposit / pick up the keys? Can it be non-furnished please, and can you organise some assistance in the move? That is fantastic news for us! we need a bolt hole in SOHO and can now afford it. Thank you so much Aken! I'm using the CAB as my moderator in the rental agreement for this, who should they contact on your side? Superb! and many thanks. |
