昨天看""明報""說會有財團在 "Lo So Shing" 建低密度渡假式酒店, 而會在一至兩年內完成.

請問各位有冇收到消息呢?? :o

無收到風呀! 不過盧鬚城咁遠... 好心個財團派吓錢畀南丫島民, 仲實際啦! :lol:

唔通係spa village個D?不過蘆鬚城個邊無乜平地喎,除非佢依山而建喇,如果要填海或者挖山既話我諗實俾人嘈喇

話時話睇黎好難係個度起碼頭喎,唔通中環去要兜過核突既發電廠先到咩,嚇死遊客都似! :wink:

話時話,有無人知"牙較灣"個度起緊咩住宅項目?好似都搞佐好耐....

(牙較灣係邊?澳仔山後面呢...搭船出城...由榕樹灣碼頭望去99號燈塔個方向呀 8) )

話說系低密度住宅。梗系耐啦,當時投得個項目,成本呎價好似話要成 3000 蚊。邊個會買呀?

建旺南丫島增購17.4萬呎地

【明報專訊】有「南丫島島主」之稱的建旺集團董事總經理李建強,最近再向全國港區人大代表王敏剛家族等,購入南丫島索罟灣水泥廠旁的17.4萬方呎臨海地皮,令集團於島上持有的地皮增至逾150萬方呎(連同毗鄰擬合作發展的水泥廠地)﹔發展商消息稱,仍會增購附近土地及在部分農地改用途後,才分階段興建低密度住宅。由於新增持地皮與瑞安集團主席羅康瑞牽頭持有水泥廠,被劃為同一個綜合發展區,兩地必須一同發展。

消息指出,王敏剛家族與前中華造船廠股東持有該幅水泥廠旁的17.4萬方呎地皮,月前委託一代理行招標出售,最後由建旺集團購入,惟未有透露成交價。該地皮與索罟灣水泥廠,於02年已劃為同一個綜合發展區,需要一同發展,據了解,建旺與羅氏家族等曾初部接觸,傾向由水泥廠自行平整地皮。水泥廠地皮面積亦約17萬方呎,已停工多年,現時用作貨倉,尚餘一年租約,而水泥廠的主要股東則為瑞安羅康瑞家族。

須與羅康瑞家族共同發展

據了解,建旺集團於南丫島上,已購地達10年,其中主要土地儲備位於索罟灣蘆鬚城一帶,連同水泥廠旁等地皮,現時已擁有島上超過150萬方呎土地。建旺於島上的土儲,逾半為農地,需要向城規會申請更改用途,才能建屋。

消息指出,由於剛購入地皮旁的石礦場已停工,近年亦已重新鋪上的草皮,令環境改善很多,因此建旺看好發展潛力而於南丫島投入龐大資源。另外,由於小型發展商難以在市區競爭,建旺認為可在此興建香港缺乏的度假式酒店及低密度洋房。

建旺於97年8月時以6400萬元投得南丫島牙較灣4萬多方呎地皮,一直計劃興建14間洋房,而批地條款規定要於去年中落成,發展商因未能依規定時間竣工而被多次罰款。而由於年初市道向好,項目已重新加速進行,興建中的14幢2600至3700方呎洋房,有望年底前落成。

涌尾地擬建度假村

另外,建旺於南丫島涌尾亦持有一幅8萬方呎地皮,兩個月前亦已向屋宇署入則,希望興建包括二星級酒店的度假村,現正等候批出圖則。

李建強曾表示﹕「南丫島的山景、海景,絕對不遜色於意大利和希臘小島,只是欠缺一個與自然環境配合的度假村。」事實上,建旺曾是豪宅大好友,一度是赤柱的其中一個大業主,於99年起開始拆售豪宅物業,專注南丫島發展項目。
