the little ferries are unsafe - they are so unstable. I can't believe these ferries run during typhoons - an accident waiting to happen.

File comment: Also on the same boat there is nearly always a chain across the door of the upstairs exit of one of the little ferries - photo below, it's too dark but you can see the chain. Surely this door is the emergency exit?
