Hi all,

Quick question for the more seasoned explorers out there.

I'm working at Cyberport and wanted to know whether the Aberdeen ferry stops anywhere near it.

Currently I go to Central and then via a bus.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
Adam

Just at Aberdeen and Pak Kok.

Especially in rush hour you might get to Aberdeen faster than Central, so check the schedule.

If you have a monthly YSW ticket though it isn't valid for that ferry, as it's a different company now.

There are a few minibuses that go from near the Aberdeen ferry pier to Cyberport and they come fairly regularly. I suspect you could be from YSW to Cyberport in 45 minutes or maybe even quicker.

YSW->Aberdeen is already 40 minutes since the ferry to Aberdeen doesn't run that fast, but it's possible to do Aberdeen->Cyberport in 5 minutes if you happen to see one of those 69 / 69X green minibuses.

When you get off the ferry at Aberdeen, go to the right, pop down through the tunnel and when you come up (to the left), cross the bus station. Immediately and right next to the fruit shop and a bank (DBS?) there are two mini buses. One of those will take you to Cyberport. they leave every few minutes.

A word of caution, if you wait at the bus stop at the top of the tunnel, near to the ferry, the buses will almost always be full.

This is the way parent/carers go to Kennedy school as the buses go straight past there. Happy travelling! :D
