Post subject:  Capoeira Group Starting Feb 9th
Yes!!! That's right... :D

Capoeira is coming back to Lamma, with Kat and with the wonderful support of Mestra Jo, Capoeira Brasil. See http://www.equipejocapoeirahongkong.com

We will meet each Sunday at Power Station beach.

Kids 4-5pm
Adults 5-6:30pm

Capoeira will help you to develop strength, flexibility, rhythm, self-confidence and much more... no previous anything needed. Just your enthusiasm and motivation to try, learn and enjoy.

15% of any profits will go towards The Abolicao Trust, a small UK based charity that supports young people in the Eastern Cape of South Africa to train capoeira and fund international exchanges giving them life changing opportunities. Hi,

Unfortunately we were rained off yesterday.
I've also noticed on my wanders around the village that some of the up to date details on the posters have also been rained off!!

So, to confirm, classes will be on SUNDAYS, at 4pm for kids, 5pm for adults.

And we will start SUNDAY 16th Feb!!

Mestra Jo is coming in with some other group members to make sure we start with energy and style.

Just to update anyone interested who hasn't come or been in touch yet!!

We are currently starting adults at 4pm... until there are sufficient numbers of children to warrant a children's class.
