I have been searching for a flat to move to lately. There are plenty of supplies and the landlords are cutting the rents quite heavily. I would still advise anyone looking for a flat to visit one of our real estate agent, however unprofessional they are. There are just too many good deals! |

there's an offer in the "buy and sell" topic. rather expensive, but that depends if you want to pay for the "seaview". u might want to check that out. http://www.lamma.com.hk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=539 |
