Pull Moon Farty unpdate Hi guys, I am ready to soon post the name of the bands who signed up so far and info about accommodation and transportation details. That info supposed to come from my partner. Unfortunately he is being hunted down by the military and he is hiding. A temporary set back nothing serious. Everything goes ahead as planned. Farty On |

I think Yung Shue Wankers is an excellent idea. Those guys were rock'n at Dickstock. I am still looking for my partner and so is the military. That doesn't stop us from having fun though. I have a FAQ on my website with not much on it yet. Any questions post them there or here. The bands are piling up. Farty on |

has anybody got any plans so far to join this event? i am thinking about it since i was going to the philippines around this time anyway, but i am so far still pretty puzzled about the location. - could this last bit perhaps be picked up by Comrade Stick Insect Hunter, preferably by a map or something? |

Hi, Guilty as charged. But... I have some real excuses. First of all my partner who supposed to supply me details about transportation and accommodation went into hiding because the Filipino military was after him. Apparently that has been sorted and he is back under the protection of some human rights organization. Then I suppose to set up a FAQ on my website which explains everything and addresses exactly your kind of concern like for example people traveling together. Unfortunately after I paid an enormous amount of money to get some script fixed (just kidd'n gung) my website kind of imploded and nothing works anymore. Many people in several occasions have been trying to fix it to no avail. (I am not implying in any way that that fixing of the script was the cause). The location of that event is White Beach Puerto Galera. Puerto Galera is on the most northern tip of Mindoro Island opposite Batangas City. From Manila to Batangas is an about two hour trip by bus, cap or travel community. From there it's a one hour boat or banca ride to White Beach. There are many more beaches to explore, mountains to hike, golf courses to be played and basically any kind of entertainment opportunity in existens. Of course we are all going to party so bad that alternative entertainment opportunities will seem a ridiculous idea. White beach is, as the name implies a beautiful long white beach. Not as long as Boracay's white beach but not bad either. My partner Joel has been having music festivals there for the last 7 years. This year I just hijacked the occasion and put a stupid marketing idea around it. Please be free to email me directly if you have any questions. At the same time I will try to get that ^*^$@#%^%& website fixed. |

YOUR Hairy Ass, how can such a cute donkey be so clever? As I have been sinfully lucky lately in my socalled career, I would also like to contribute 100 HK |

I'll join in as well, contributing $50, but only if La Miglione tells us a bit more about her recent "sinfully lucky social career"! |

gladly, only you seem to have misread something, I said, my so called career, not social career. maybe i should actually have written so called business, i am doing a bit of importing and exporting, which i admit is not the most original thing in this city, but the stuff i deal with is rather on the odd side, which means, no one else does it and i can make a living without actually working very much. in fact, right now i am pondering wether my lamma residency might not also be good for something along those lines, as i have the odd shipment from europe to hongkong, i have been thinking maybe i should include a few boxes here and there of all the things us gwailou and gwaimui need but which are ridiculously expensive hereabouts, and then distribute it to our interested neighbours by subscription. (i know a couple of those small truck drivers who seem to be pretty underemployed these days, they might be able to help for example) my first idea was coffee, as it is not very bulky and even the retail price where i come from would allow me to sell it at a much lower price then in hongkong, so i could start the project on a small scale and see how it goes. if anybody is interested, please let me know and i will research the necessary import formalities, etc. of course you can also make other suggestions, of some other stuff you would like to buy in this way. lamma gung, if this is not quite what you expected to read, i am really sorry but want to remind you that your fifty bucks are not refundable. to console you, later on look out for my account of my first ever visit to an hourly rate hotel that occured during the recent festivities, and that i am going to write in a bit. |

La Miglione, Thanks for your detailed account of your "so-called career", but where's the "sinful" part? Sinful importing? Importing sinful articles? You're not giving us the full story yet! I want to know more for my 50 bucks! But your account of an hourly rate hotel visit would be well worth my $50! This makes me think that maybe I should start paying contributors to the My Lamma e-zine to get more good stories, gossip and news??? |

the sinfullness consists in my sinful luck to be able to get by on what most people would not consider a very hardworking lifestyle - in case you have had an atheist upbringing, this is also referred to as hybris, challenging the gods by being too lucky (and thus inviting their punishment, if you are so inclined to believe) |

I, the stick insect hunter, like to go hereby on public record that I, under no circumstances, without the slightest ill intent and at no time wanted to imply or even suggest that I have been paying way too much for a fabulous web programming job done for me by the very helpful and talented Lamma Gung. I am forever grateful to the extent, Lamma Gung would unselfishly sacrifice his valuable resources just to help me out of the ditch. Also and most importantly would I like to point out that any possible misfunctionings of my website were wholly and completely caused by my own stupidity and had no relation what so ever to Lamma Gung's services which he so graciously provided me with. (at real low cost) |

Who wants La Miglione to import coffee or other "Gwai" products? And who else is donating in the collection to get the YSWankers to the Pull Moon Farty in the Philippines? |

speaking of sinful articles (in which I am not dealing, adhering strictly to the amateur ethos on that), could somebody oblige with information as to where I might find one of those venetian masks, the ones covering mostly the eyes in which high born ladies used to go places where they rather wouldnt be recognized? I am not sure wether I need to check a carnival supply or fetish outlet, in any case I wouldnt know where to find either of these in Hong Kong |
