My friend who lives on Lamma, has an elderly mother who lives in HK island, and cannot walk very well, especially not uphill - but would love to visit.
I hear that it is illegal for a VV to transport a person?
Is this true?
Has anyone else had a similar need, and know a solution? (Other than "forget about it"!)
