Lamma Net Policeman, please can you explain us the effect of the new Basic Law Chapter 23 would have on our forum. As a webmaster, both Lamma-gung and I am very vulnerable to our untammed members outrageous messages. Shall we write a rule of conduct and disclaimer or something, so that we can keep our ass safe... For an explanation of the law it's suggested that you contact the appropriate authorities. It is the function of the Police to uphold and enforce the law, not to explain it. |

Can you at least give us some internal guidelines (secretly), such as under what circumstances will you make an arrest, when to use the pepper gun, and bullet guns. We need to at least prepare ourselves with these unexpected occasions. Can you suggest a place where we can buy good quality mask for surviving the pepper and tear gas attack? |
