Does anyone know if Watson´s water delivers to Lamma? Or are filters the better (and cheaper) option to have clean drinking water? How do you do it?

Thanks,
A.

The cheapest and best option would be drinking tap water untreated.
That's what I'm doing all this week, currently detoxing with 5+ glasses of cool tap water/day. We also use the leftover boiled water from making coffee/tea to drink.
It's all perfectly fine as Lamma's water supply is cleaner than some bottled waters.

I'd just be careful if you live in an old building with suspect water pipes inside the building. Then a regularly cleaned filter might be OK, or just boil your tap water first, if you worry.

Bottled water is just the worst choice for so many reasons, paying for something almost free from your tap and of equal/better quality than water in plastic bottles/containers that have to be transported here and then have to be disposed/recycled.
