HI, we are moving to Lamma next month, (Yung Shue wan), and we trying to arrange the moving issue from our flat in HK island. I think I have seen on the forum the answer to this question, but right now I'm not able to find it. we have to move a couple of furniture, nothing extremely big (Mattress is the biggest issue), can we move it in the ferry?, I have seen some people with furniture in some ferries, not sure in the Lamma one. and if not there is some company or whatever helping with this???? thanks in advance, and see you next month |

See the schedule: http://www.hkkf.com.hk/index.php?op=timetable&style=en Some are marked as "Only small quantity of freight can be carried" but most are OK. Avoid the morning and evening commuter peak, and weekends if possible. You just need manpower to get it on and off. At the Lamma end if you're near to the pier you can use trolleys.
