the phenomenon in Hong Kong is it attracts a huge influx of expatriates every year for high-wage white collar positions, business opportunities and much lower tax rates and I've found many well seasoned hong kongers with professional education forcing to leave Hong Kong due to lack of opportunities outside the finance sector
