I've been a pretty 'normal' person when it comes to eating in the past, but for various reasons have been studying diet and food politics, leaning towards a vegetarian diet.

Added to that the articles of late about high heavy-metal concentrations in the vegetables from China.

Where do the eggs and vegetables in Lamma come from?
