I am trying to figure out which provider has the best 3G data plan for international use.

The critical point is international calls & roaming, since I spend up to half of the month abroad (mostly China, but also Japan, Taiwan, France etc.)

My company is now with Smartone, which offers the following:
- roaming rate of 138 HKD / day for 104 countries
- traveller plan of 48 HKD / month which allows 'cheap' calls from abroad
- 1638 IDD plan for cheap international calls from HK

I am contacting other providers to see what they have to offer, but I was wondering if some of you had some information / experience to share ?
