Saying that, if anyone knows a good, cheap source of "marital aids" we would have all we need to accompany our upcoming line of Tough branded leather clothing :P

Mr Tough

As the following link shows, "a line of Tough branded clothing" is likely to breach existing trademarks. This is obviously a civil matter, but a timely and friendly warning often helps to avoid conflict within the community.

Thank you for your sensible words of warning. Our market research has already identified our tough clothing competitor, as they also own the domain name www.tough.com.hk

But, as our line will be leather and lycra based, without a hint of denim, we do not expect too many conflicts.

Actually, you have given me the idea that I should contact tough jeans to give them a new spin on their line and to make use of their distribution network.

So, it seems LNP not only keep us in order and from harm, but also offers good business advise. I am in town this afternoon and will stop the first police person I see to check whether they also have any useful advice for local businesses.

Thanks
Mr Tough
