After completing Bootcamp 2 recently, I *might* join into this one, too. Last time I lost ten pounds and improved my fitness quite dramatically.

Fridays 8:15-9:45pm, starting at the Basketball Field this time and then continuing to do T.R.X. in the Studio just behind the Tin Hau Temple.

Well, because of my severe double vision problem I haven't used a bike for 1.5 months now, My doctors strictly forbid biking, far too dangerous without my regular 3D vision. Hopefully in a few months again...

But I'll come up for the Lamma Enduro mountain biking race on Sun, Nov 29 on Pak Kok Shan, of course - watching only, taking pictures, not participating!
