Eddie Chu is coming to Lamma on Saturday, 1 Sept 2018 for a forum to be held at the sitting out area next to the temple. -- Of course he can't use YSW Plaza, as that is only for DAB approved events.

Here's a consolidated running list of issues proposed so far for discussion on Saturday from this and other FB pages as well as the Lamma-related issues Eddie CHU Hoi-dick's office is already engaged in. Any more? - Access to YSW Plaza. - Waste handling including separation of leaf litter from non compostable waste as well as bin sizes. - Illegal dumping. - Improved seating along footpaths and in the village for elders. - Beatification of some ugly eye-sores. - Tree health and trimming Vs felling. - Slope maintenance and cutting back of native species on those slopes. - Weak VV regulation and enforcement. - More drinking water fountains. - Lamma Ferry Pier renovation projects. - Usage of Tennis Court in Tai Wan Village? - Any more? |
