"Feb 27: Guided tour to a temple with vegetarian lunch, the Tao's farm and the Tuen Mun Plaza for shopping.

$65 (same price for all ages, including lunch, bus fare and $100,000 insurance)
2016-02-27, take the 8:20am boat.

Meet at 9am at Central pier number 4."

Book and pay in Rural Committee office, opposite HSBC, starting Jan 8.
Probably sold out by now, as there's usually a queue of retired people well before 9am on first day.

Abalone meal $110 (same price for all ages)

Yung Shue Wan 8:40am boat; 9:10 bus from Central pier (I'm guessing it means there's a tour bus for this)

Sok Ku Wan 8am boat; 9am bus from Central pier(I'm guessing it means there's a tour bus for this, not sure if it's the same bus.)"

Haven taken these tours before myself, so many Lammaites, there'll be at least two buses for North and South Lamma.

All these events are in Cantonese only, like the Traditional-Chinese-only posters, despite our 70+ nationalities (by passport) living here.

CNY Party in Sok Kwu Wan yesterday.

Our new Police Chief, Ms. Solid Kwan, joined in, sent these pictures and wrote:

"Hi all, I would like to share a joyful time with u all.
Yesterday, I was invited to a year end function organised by the Rural Committee at Sok Kwu Wan.
It was a great fun n pleased to see that all the elder residents enjoyed it so much.
Trust u all have well prepared for the Year of Monkey. :) "
