Free body check-ups, organised by Rural Council and paid for by Heung Yee Kuk. I don't qualify, but this is a regular and quite useful exercise. The staff and assistants speak English, so no need to be shy. I wonder what's in the promised "gift packs"... Sorry for poor picture quality, but this poster (English translation glued to the poster) was WhatsApped to me:

Better quality photo of the poster. Looks like it'll be many more years till I'll qualify... Nearby was this Rat Poison poster (Pak Kok Ferry Pier), but it was taped up with Links Moving tape. A new forum of advertising their services? Free rat poison or fumigation with your next move, anybody?
