I'm sure this has been asked before (at least I hope it has). Who belongs to the old white fuzzy shepherd-type dog with mangey feet and the tumours hanging down between his back legs (and no, I'm NOT referring to Casanova although I can see how you might think so).

I'm serious. Is that dog available for kidnapping, bathing, and taking to the vet for some surgery or what?

You know, he's always down there somewhere between the bank and the Deli Lamma, near Spicy island. He's arthritic and stuff, poor thing. If you live here, you probably know him. I've only been here a week and I keep running into him.

Couldn't really relate to which one you are referring to. Any chance you can take a pic of the dog when u run into him again? Thanks for your help!

I would but I don't have a camera. I will try to talk the Gung into it. Or, e, if you live near the village, I could call you next time I see him. Better yet, next time I see him I'll just ask around and see if he belongs to someone. Then I'll give that person's hair a pull.
