These forums and the Lamma-zine Blog on the home page could be good places to find foster and permanent homes for your companion animals, as these pages are widely read on Lamma by now. I encourage you to make more use of them, in addition to the free ad banner you've had on the home page for ages. For example the ad banner could change frequently and show one of your adoptees instead of just the current static generic LAWC ad!

But we need pictures of these animals, as this would give you best and quickest results! Do you or AOP2JF have a recent photo of Jake/Beep Beep, please? Simply attach it to your posted email, or email it to me and I'll put it up for you, no problem!

The action of the LAWC is appreciated. Let's see what happens. If, as is not impossible, there are a few routine mumblings and the same situation persists what could be done?

Two suggestions - first to keep on registering formal complaints - maybe different people each time, but keep up the noise.

Slightly more radical, it seems that some poeple only respond to economic interest, and if it could be shown that having crazed killer hounds on the loose is bad for business it might put pressure on the owners.

Picture the scene: You ring up to inspect one of the many empty flats in Pak Kok, arrive to inspect it and look suitably impressed. You leave on the verge of signing a contract, just asking for one day to think about it for certain. You then call the owner the next day saying you love the flat, but had a terrible experience on the way home with alsations running wild and could not possibly live in a place where such things are allowed to happen.

I think the message would soon get back to the dog's owners.
