Yes, definitely a baby hedgehog.

It's clearly an air-breathing land mammal with 4 feet and not a "member of the phylum Echinodermata, which also includes starfish, sea cucumbers, brittle stars, and crinoids... move by means of hundreds of tiny, transparent, adhesive 'tube feet'" (Wikipedia).

Maybe the confusion is a translation error from Chinese, as "the name urchin is an Old English name for the round spiny hedgehogs sea urchins resemble", according to Wikipedia.

See a real sea urchin below. I clearly remember examining the fertilisation of their egg cells under a microscope at university...
