She is at the top of boulder point just before Pak Kok.
Has a chain collar and bell.
Good condition but a little growly.
Has six claws on her back feet

Ok, so here's some good news. The dog does belong to someone after all. Apparently someone wanted to "throw the dog away", so he took care of it and lashed it back there today. Still seems quite harsh to me how some people treat their pets. (though most dogs you so here on Lamma are amazingly calm and relaxed (in my experience)...)
