If you can't book your dog onto the October 31 session, pls quickly call to book this one. Agricultural, Fisheries & Conservation Dept RABIES VACCINATION AND MICROCHIP IMPLANTATION SERVICE Date : Friday, November 15, 2013 Time : 10:30 am to 1:00 pm Venue : near Tin-hau Temple Fee : HK$80 for each dog (for inoculation and licence) If your dog needs vaccination and/or licensing, please call Rural Committee Miss Leung at 29820350 for an appointment. Only 35 appointments available. According to the Rabies Regulation, all dogs at/over the age of 5 months must be vaccinated against rabies, implanted with a micro-chip and licensed. The dog licence is valid for three years and must be renewed before the expired date. Dog owners must also bring along their HKID cards, the old dog licence (if available) and the inoculation fee. If you are asking someone else to bring your dog, he/she will need to bring an authorization letter signed by the registered dog owner and the dog owner's HKID card copy. Please remember to make your appointment if you need the service. |
