I know this is a well worn topic, but the problem seems to be getting worse. The number of people going off island and leaving their dogs on the balcony from early morning to late at night seems to have increased quite a lot. This results in incessant barking at anything that moves, followed by a chorus from other dogs. Am I the only one annoyed by this?

Where do you live? Is it Sha Po or somewhere else?
