I'm a little concerned about this black, pretty large dog frequently roaming around the steps that go up from Yung Shue Long New village to Tai Peng (next to the Kindergarten). Sometimes a little white dog is with him.They both don't have a tag with a name or phone number on their collars.

I was walking with my dog there myself and met two people who were both really annoyed by this dog.
A lady was too scared to go past the dog to her house, because it was standing on those steps barking. The dog is not dangerous, actually he is a really timid and friendly fellow. I think he barks, because he is scared.
The other person was so mad that he shouted at me assuming it was my dog. He said he is "so sick and tired of this dog business", he was angry.
Maybe someone here knows the owner and can ask them to take a little more care and supervise the dog when going out, instead of just letting it roam around by itself.
This is probably the kind of behaviour that provokes people to lay out poisoned meat.

There is a black/brown dog that has been 'roaming the paths' for the past three months. Male, very very friendly and timid and wearing a collar.

Not sure if this is the same dog? (he has a slight limp aquired over the past two months) Have been trying to find the owner of this dog. I'm assuming he has an owner as he is quite healthy, fed and with collar, but I can't seem to find any information.

He may be quite well fed, as he tends to hang out at places where the street cats are fed each day by local volunteers and animal orgs on this fair isle. (part of the TNR - trap neuter realease) programme)

My camera is broken, so can't take a picture. However, if anyone knows this dog, please pm me. Have never seen him with a small white dog though.
